1) PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE?


  • You can raise the size exchange request from the 'My Account' section with ease or you can drop us a mail at support@buttonunbutton.com mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece made in the new required size and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready.

2) WANT A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE?

  • In case of size problems, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need.
  • For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn and requests should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
  • In case the new required size is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.

 

3) WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID?

  • You can raise the return request from the 'My Account' section or drop us a mail at support@buttonunbutton.com mentioning that you need a refund for the product delivered and you will get a revert within the next 24 working hours.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you.
  • The product should be unused/unworn and the request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • As soon as we get the product back, we will initiate the refund.
